What is Margarita Day?

It's National Margarita Day!!
It's okay, just like many holidays (made up or not), it's a day for focusing on pleasure and fellowship.
Now I'm pretty sure that most of you know what a margarita is, and like myself, love the tequila portion of that amazing cocktail. For those who do not know, nor care to drink, remember this little recipe just for parties or any social (not business) interactions.
That sweet and sour combination when the drink goes over the side and into my happy belly, just trills me! It's super easy to make and bartenders can mix one up on the rocks or blend frozen. Today will be busy for many restaurants and bars, so my suggestion is to just safely bar-hop. I'm a fan of taxis folks! Since most good margaritas will have 2 oz of tequila, and it goes down so quickly, pace yourselves always. 5 margaritas under 45 minutes just defeats the purpose of this wonderful day. Take your time, mingle with those around you and just enjoy the pleasant sensation of the tequila massaging your brain.
